15-Yr-Old Cancer Survivor Has Her Knee Removed And Has Leg Fused Backwards

15-Year-Old Gabi Shull from Missouri has always love dance. Since the age of 3 she has been taking dance lessons, but sadly she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma which is a rare form of cancer in the knee. Her doctors performed a rotationplasty procedure which removes the knee and then has her lower part of her leg fused back onto her thigh as a replacement for the knee. Gabi was admitted into rehab in Missouri for her to learn how to walk with a prosthetic leg. After one year of support, Gabi has mastered walking with the prosthetic leg. She has even gone another step and has started to dance again.
