3-Year-Old Girl Dies During Dentist Procedure, They Deny All Responsibility

The mother of 3-year-old Daleyza Avila Hernandez was shocked when her daughter’s dead body was handed to her after a 30-minustes dental procedure. Daleyza’s mother, Araceli Avila took her daughter in for a routine dental procedure and was told to wait outside, as she was not allowed in. She heard an ambulance come to the practice but did not know it was for her daughter. Staff later reassured her that her daughter was fine and was still denied access to her daughter.

Her 3-year-old daughter was pronounced dead during the dental procedure, and the dentists deny any responsibility. The surgical practice stated the 3-year-old had pre-existing issues that caused her death. Daleyza’s mother, Araceli Avila, and father, are arguing that their daughter was a healthy girl and she had no pre-existing problems.

The administration of Children’s Dental Surgery Center in Stockton, California, could not disclose any information with us on what happened during the dental procedure.
