23-year-old Malik Davage from Washington D.C auditioned on “The Voice,” the single father had one aim which he explained before singing “Sure Thing” to the judges. He said, “I’m just a young guy from Washington D.C., who’s trying to do best for my daughter.” As soon as he started to sing all the judge’s attention was only on his voice, and surprisingly Adam was the only judge to turn around. Malik was left in tears because he only needed one judge to give him a chance to achieve his goal, it was more than enough for him. But it didn’t just end there, Gwen and Adam both went to embrace Malik for his talent and life goals for his daughter, what an inspiration.
