A New Hampshire man is questioning police why he was arrested after he forced his way into his neighbor’s home and strangling her incessantly barking dog. Roger Pelletier, 50, was trying to eat his food when he got annoyed at the neighbor’s dog. Filled with rage, Roger committed several offenses by entering their house and assaulting their dog. He faces burglary, animal abuse, and assault charges after he strangled the dog. Roger is suing the neighbor after the dog retaliated a bit his hand while he was strangling it.
