If you were lucky enough to have lived through the 60’s and 70’s, then you will surely remember the Bee Gees. Before the Bee Gees released “Blue Island”, they were receiving a lot of hate mail and threats. They wanted to prove to people that they were not three old hillbilly boys, so they decided to release “Blue Island”. Their acapella shows off their raw talent which no-one could come close to. This song meant so much more than just a song for them, it helped them fight back and united with their fans.
