Baby Horse Abandoned By The Herd, Then This Grieving Mare Came Along And Loved Him

This newborn horse was rejected by the main stallion of the herd and was badly injured. Nearly killing the newborn the herd left him behind. Simone Netherlands and her team witnessed the whole situation and decided to step in. Simone is from the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group located in Arizona they took in the poor horse and named him Rosco. They managed to help Rosco back to good health and then found another horse who had lost her baby at birth. The pair successfully managed to get on and loved each other like mother and son.
