Man Who Molested An 8-Year-Old Girl Has Charges Dropped And Walks Free

Reginald Davis accused of raping an eight-day-old infant is free to walk, after a judge ordered that charges be dropped for lack of a speedy trial. Circuit Judge L.T. Simes II issued the ruling after he claimed “the Court has lost jurisdiction to proceed in this case” due to the lack of evidence presented at the time of the trial. The police officers in charge of the case did not perform DNA analysis and due to that, the charges were dropped.
