Since birth, Addie spent most of her days in Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas because she was born with a rare disorder. Her condition meant that she had abnormal development of the bones and her legs were developed backwards. Addie since birth had around 60 to 70 casts on her leg after surgery, so when Addie grew older she wanted to give back to the hospital that helped save her life. She wanted to raise $8,000, so she can donate it to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. To her surprise, she managed to raise a whopping $70K, which is a lot more than she thought she would raise.
