James Moskito and his brave diving volunteers rescued a drowning humpback whale which was tied up for a year. The humpback whale was tangled in a crab net near Farallon Islands. James and his volunteers had a huge task ahead of them to free the poor whale. The waters were shark-infested and the water was on the brink of 1 degree celsius (34 Fahrenheit). It took the team 5 long hours to free the animal and once finally free the whale returned to thank her rescuers.
